The best way to buy a home here in Cyprus is during one of our inspection
trips, from a duration of three to six nights.
During our inspection trips you will receive priceless information right
the way through from start to finish, from purchasing property in Cyprus to our rental procedure, receiving all relevant
paperwork, and legal documentation on the way.
You will get to know the area and have the opportunity to speak to
others who have done the same thing you are contemplating. At the end of your visit you will be an expert on our properties
and the purchasing procedures here in Cyprus.
FOR DEVELOPMENTS IN CYPRUS:
We recommend that clients fly to Ercan and Larnaca airports. There
they will be met by our English speaking representatives who will make arrangements for good quality accommodation. Once refreshed,
customers will be taken to see developments of interest and also to local towns to get a feel for the area.
FOR DEVELOPMENTS IN OTHER AREAS:
The best way to experience and to discover the beauty of each area is
on an Inspection Visit.
There are two ways
of going about organising a visit.
Option 1: Contact Key to Cyprus and
we will pass you through to someone who can organise your flights, accomodation and visits to the relevant sites.
Option 2: Find your own flights and accomodation.
Contact Key to Cyprus with your available dates and we will
arrange for a consultant to take you to the sites you may
be interested in.

Our visit and buy services
are for our customers who like to visit the area and view the properties. When you feel ready to view the properties we will
arrange a complete program for you depending on the length of your stay and the property types you are interested. You will
only pay the cost prices for airport transfers and accommodations from the agreed hotels in the event of not purchasing anything
at the end of your inspection trip
In contrast
to most of the other agencies we do prefer you pay these costs directly to the hotels. However some weeks, the package holidays
are better value that we would advise you to book it in your country. Our visit and buy service will cost you about £30
or £40 per room (up to 2 people sharing) per
day and airport transfers around £30 depending on the time of year So the total cost of a 1 week inspection trip for 2 people, is approximately
£210 or ₤ 280, excluded flights,which could
